REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)
The Government of Indonesia, has received a loan from International Bank for Reconstruction and Decelopment (IBRD/World Bank) and International Development Association (IDA) for Farmer Empowerment throughAgricultural Technology and Information (FEATI) Project (loan number 7427-IND and 4260-IND).
As a part of Executing Agency, the Center for Agricultural Data and Information (CADI) of the Minsitry of Agriculture of the Republic of Indonesia, intends to apply a part of the budget covered Component D of the project activity for provision of services named:

Task Description = Management and Monitoring Consultant
Type of Procurement = Individual Selection
Type of Consultant = IT Management
The MoA –CADI now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interseted consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assigments, experience in similar conditions, skills, etc). In particular the consultants should demonstrate their submission that they have following qualificcations, experiences, and expertises in the following area:
(i)Assisting CADI Sub PMU in management and monitoring implementation e-Portal Petani, including conduct coordination, syncronization and integration of works and services due by consultans/vendors/supplier.
(ii)Conduct supervision to the consultants activities, work analyzing and reporting
(iii)Conduct operation of e-Petani System
(iv)Provide the manual of e-Petani Syatem which will use by CADI after completing the Project.
A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (May 2004).
